Chili-Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. chicken breast
Preparation
    In a large glass baking dish, whisk the yogurt, cinnamon, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and garlic.
    Add the chicken and coat with the marinade.
    Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Place chicken skin side up on a raised broiler rack and place in oven.
    Immediately reduce the temperature to 350\u00b0 and roast until the chicken breasts are cooked through and tender, about 45 minutes.
    Serve 4.
