Hot Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small cans apricots, drained
1/2 box brown sugar
1 stick oleo
2 pkg. crackers in the box, crushed
Preparation

Drain apricots and put in buttered casserole dish.
Put brown sugar over apricots.
Melt oleo and mix with crushed mixture on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with a main dish.
This casserole is not considered a dessert.
