(Baccala) Cod Or Stockfish (Stewed) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. onion
1 rib celery
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. fresh parsley
1 to 2 lb. fish
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Cook onion, garlic and celery in butter and oil.
Add tomato paste, fish and parsley, then add the spices.
Add water, if needed.
Salt and pepper to your taste.
