Mint Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. cocoa
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    6 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt together.
    Beat with mixer until smooth.
    Spread on mint layer.
    Refrigerate 20 minutes.
