Baked Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13/4 C water OR chicken broth
    1 C shredded carrot
    1 C chopped celery
    3/4 C uncooked rice
    3 Tbsp minced parsley
    2 Tbsp chopped onion
    2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 8 inch square dish.
    Cover and bake 40-45 minutes at 375\u00b0F.
    Stir after 25 minutes.
