Chocolatetown Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare pastry shell.
    Set aside.
    In small mixer bowl, cream margarine.\tAdd
    egg
    and
    vanilla.
    Combine
    sugar and flour; add
    to
    creamed mixture.
    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.\tBake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool about an hour.
    Serve warm.\tGarnish with festive whipped cream, if desired.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
