Strawberry Romanoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 Tbsp. Cointreau
Preparation

Wash and stem berries; let set.
Sprinkle berries with powdered sugar 1 hour before serving.
Fold in cream, whipped and flavored with almond extract and Cointreau.
Spoon into sherbet or parfait glasses and serve immediately.
