Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked and diced chicken
    1 box cooked Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 large jar mushroom stems and pieces
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    season to taste*
    1 c. or more Cheddar, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine all ingredients except Cheddar and spread into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Cheddar on top. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves about 6.
