Blueberry Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. blueberries, tossed in small amount of flour
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together until well blended.
Beat egg yolks and add.
Add flour alternately with milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased rectangular pan.
Cover with floured blueberries and then remaining batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
