Hot Sausage Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot) or 1 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce (mild, medium or hot)
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Drain.
    Combine cheese, soup, tomatoes and milk in crock-pot or slow cooker.
    Cook until melted.
    Stir occasionally to prevent cheese burning.
    Add picante sauce.
