Self-Rising Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
5 Tbsp. shortening
mixture of 1/2 milk and 1/2 buttermilk
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour (or mix well with your hands).
Add enough milk mixture to moisten.
Roll out dough on floured surface and cut with a biscuit cutter or roll with floured hands.
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
