Venus De Milo Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 qt. water
3 small cans chicken broth
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 small can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. orzo or pasta
Preparation

Brown hamburg and drain grease.
Add water, chicken broth, celery, mushrooms and onion soup mix; boil for 20 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables and stewed tomatoes; boil for another 15 minutes.
Add orzo or pasta; boil 5 more minutes.
