Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 eggs
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. sausage
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 box onion/garlic croutons
Preparation
    Fry sausage meat in pan.
    (Drain grease.)
    Beat eggs, milk and salt.
    Stir in cheese and pour over sausage that has been pressed into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle box of croutons over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered.
