Ingredients

6 eggs
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Separate egg whites from yolks and set yolks aside.
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until stiff, then add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well.
