Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium potato, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 large can cream mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls. Use an 11-inch Corning Ware pan. Pour soup over meat balls (mix 1/2 can water with soup first). Bake for 30 minutes. Top with cheese.
