Maryland Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken, cut up into pieces
2 c. sifted flour
3 eggs, whipped up
3 c. crushed saltines
2 Tbsp. poultry seasonings
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. white pepper
1/3 c. white worcestershire
1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine flour, poultry seasonings, salt and peppers in a bowl. Whip eggs in anothe rbowl.
Crush crackers in a third bowl.
Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then egg cracker crumbs and in flour again.
Pour oil into frying pan and heat to about 350\u00b0. Add chicken, cover and fry for 15 minutes.
Turn chicken over and pour white worcestershire over chicken, cover and cook another 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
