Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. dried apples
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla until blended.
    Stir in flour mixture.
    Blend in apples and nuts.
    Pour in a greased Bundt pan.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
