California Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced squash
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    jalapeno peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Alternate layers of squash, onion, tomatoes, cheese, peppers and salt and pepper.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
