Ida'S Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes (2 large)
    2 c. skim milk
    2 large cloves garlic, chopped or powdered
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in quarters.
    Cook in covered pot containing a small amount of boiling water, 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Drain and recover the pot.
