1 can beer
3 Tbsp. hot sauce
1 c. flour
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
2 Tbsp. paprika

Honey-Mustard Sauce:
Combine honey and Dijon mustard to taste, approximately 2/3 mustard to 1/3 honey.
