Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 c. low-fat sharp cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    8 oz. low-fat sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    oleo
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets about 30 minutes.
    Chill.
    Peel and grate.
    Combine cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons oleo in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until oleo and cheese melt.
    Remove from heat; stir in sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Fold cheese mixture into potatoes.
    Pour into a greased casserole.
    Dot with oleo and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
