Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Saute onion in 4 tablespoons butter until soft.
    Stir in flour.
    Add water.
    Stir and cook until thick.
    Blend in cheese. Add to broccoli.
    Beat eggs and add gently into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with crumbs.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan.
