Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 3/4 c. unsifted plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
    In separate bowl combine dry ingredients and add to mix until well blended.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
