Spaghetti-Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken, chopped
1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar pimentos, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can chopped black olives
Preparation

Cook vermicelli.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter or margarine.
Mix remaining ingredients with vermicelli, onion and green pepper in large bowl.
Place in casserole dish and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
This mixture freezes well.
