Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    6 pieces chicken breast, without skin
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1-1/2 cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice evenly in 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle a little garlic salt on top.
    Lay chicken on rice.
    Mix soup and water and pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1-1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
