Fresh Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed fresh pineapple
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 banana, sliced
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. orange juice
Preparation

Gently mix all ingredients in medium bowl so fruit is well coated with orange juice (to prevent darkening).
Chill.
Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
