Crabmeat Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, crust cut off
    6 slices cheese
    2 c. crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place 6 slices of bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, which has been greased.
    Cover bread with slices of cheese, spread with crabmeat, and sprinkle with onion.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Lay other 6 slices of bread on top of crabmeat, etc. (like a sandwich).
    Pour egg and milk mixture over all.
    Make sure bread is moistened.
    Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or more. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes until browned and puffy.
