Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon; set aside.
    In a saucepan, combine water, margarine, oil and cocoa.
    Bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Combine buttermilk, eggs and vanilla and add to batter.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Start icing about 5 minutes before cake is done and frost in pan.
