Rotel Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done; cool.
    Slice and place in casserole dish.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.
    Add cheese, Ro-Tel tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake in oven until bubbly.
