Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Use lemon juice and grate 1/2 of peel.
    Beat together lemon peel, sugar, oleo and flour.
    Add egg yolks.
    Slowly add milk. Beat egg whites stiff, then fold in.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
