Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease foil and lay in 11 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Mix all ingredients, except nuts, together in medium bowl. Pour onto greased foil. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. When done, turn out onto dish towel, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up as into jelly roll.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Unroll and remove foil. Spread with filling and roll up again.
