Outdoor Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste
butter
Preparation

Tear aluminum foil into 4 pieces, about 10 x 10-inch squares. Add some potatoes, onion, salt and pepper to taste and a pat of butter.
Fold foil over potatoes and seal well.
Put foil-wrapped potatoes on hot outdoor grill, keeping them away from the fire itself, as much as possible.
Take about 30 minutes to cook on a hot grill, so put these on before you throw on the hamburgers, hot dogs or steaks.
