Judy'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 c. plus 1 tsp. cold water
6 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

Mix together; put in pan.
Sprinkle brown and white sugar and chocolate chips over batter of unbaked cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
