Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 diced bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. drained and dried cherries
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into square casserole dish; cover with aluminum foil and place in freezer until firm.
    Allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.
    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
