Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Sift together sugar, flour and salt; set aside.
Bring to a boil margarine, water and cocoa.
Add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Mix together 2 eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, vinegar and soda. Add to other ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
