Ritz Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 Ritz crackers
    peanut butter
    1/2 lb. white almond bark or white Baker's chocolate
Preparation
    Spread peanut butter on one cracker.
    Cover with another cracker. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
    Allow to get very thin. Using tongs, place crackers into chocolate.
    Cover both top and bottom; roll to cover sides.
    Place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
    Continue until all chocolate is used. Place tray in freezer for 15 minutes to set.
    Store in cool place.
