Old Fashion Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole egg
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
unbaked pie shell
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Break 1 whole egg into mixing bowl.
Separate 2 eggs; put whites aside for meringue.
Beat whole egg and yolks with sugar until light, then add flour.
Mix until smooth.
Add milk and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 until custard is set.
Spread with meringue and continue baking until meringue is brown.
