7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar for approximately 2 minutes.
    Add the eggs, one at a time.
    Add the lemon extract and flour, mixing well.
    Gently fold in the 7-Up soda.
    Pour into a cake pan.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
