Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal mix
    8 oz. can creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers (optional)
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large iron skillet at 400\u00b0.
    Mix all other ingredients in bowl.
    Add melted margarine, leaving 2 tablespoons in pan.
    Stir all together and pour into pan.
    Bake approximately 40 minutes.
