Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
egg noodles
Preparation

Brown beef; pour off excess fat. Add soup and other ingredients except for sour cream; heat through. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles.
