Best Ever Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 egg
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
    1 small onion, chopped (can use dehydrated onion)
    salt and pepper to taste
    dried parsley to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir together.
    Bake in a greased 8 x 8-inch casserole dish in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
