Wild Rice And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. long grain and wild rice
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
12 oz. ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.
Put in bottom of well-greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Partially cook the broccoli, using the juice from the mushrooms.
Drain and lay broccoli on top of rice.
Layer ham, mushrooms and Cheddar cheese in dish.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise and mustard.
Pour on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
