Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked noodles
    1 pkg. pimento cheese, shredded
    1 small can tuna
    1 c. mushrooms
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk gradually.
    Stir constantly to prevent lumping.
    Bring to a boiling point and cook 3 minutes.
    Arrange cooked noodles, pimento cheese, tuna fish, mushrooms and eggs in layers in greased casserole.
    Pour sauce all over.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
