Baked Parmesan Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dip fillets in egg and milk mixture.
    Coat with combined crumbs, cheese and salt.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
