Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour and cheeses.
    Add milk; cook and stir until mixture boils.
    Stir in broccoli. Place in a 1-quart casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
