Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger or sausage or combination of both
    2 eggs
    chopped onion
    garlic
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    thyme
    zucchini
    Romano cheese
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini 5 minutes. Scoop out inside, leaving 1-inch shell. Chop zucchini meat and mix with remaining ingredients. Stuff shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
