Granny'S Old Fashioned Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. meat (your choice)
1 1/2 c. oil
1 qt. water
1 to 2 onions, chopped
salt and pepper
garlic powder
oregano
ground red pepper
Preparation

Cook meat in pressure cooker until fork tender; or boil until tender.
In a large iron skillet, pour oil and water; bring to a boil.
To this add chopped onions.
When onions become translucent, add meat.
Turn on low heat and simmer until water has evaporated.
Sausage can be added as you prefer.
Use spices to your taste.
