Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 lb. round steak
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. meat sauce
2 c. sliced onion
Preparation

Sift the flour, salt, mustard and pepper; coat the steak in this mixture.
Brown the round steak in shortening; remove to casserole dish.
Add water to frypan; stir in meat sauce.
Pour over steak.
Add onion.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
