Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine nuts, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat 1 cup sugar with butter until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and beat at low speed until blended well; at medium speed, beat 3 minutes.
Spread 1/2 of batter in pan; sprinkle with half of nut mixture.
Spread evenly with rest of batter and sprinkle with rest of nut mixture.
Bake in greased 9-inch tube pan 60 to 65 minutes at 350\u00b0 (until cake pulls away from side of pan).
Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes; loosen inside edge and invert from pan onto rack to cool slightly. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
