Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. sour cream
    6 oz. warm beer
    butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Add sour cream and beer.
    Mix well.
    Let stand in mixing bowl about 1 hour, covered.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Rub top with butter when done.
    Cool on rack.
